When you hear the name Daddy Hill within The3BKids community, you think of purpose, leadership, and legacy. As the Founder of our Valley Chapter, our second-term Chapter President, and the first-ever Mister 3BKids, Daddy Hill is more than a title — he’s a movement in motion. We sat down with him for an exclusive conversation about what fuels his fire, how The3BKids shaped his journey, and where he sees us heading in the next decade.

“More Than an Organization — It’s Who I Am”
The3BKids: What does The3BKids mean to you personally?
Daddy Hill:
The3BKids is more than an organization to me. It’s a movement that reflects who I am at my core. It represents leadership, purpose, and service. Personally, it’s given me a deeper sense of identity and direction, allowing me to lead with heart and stand up for something bigger than myself. Being part of this family has reminded me that impact doesn’t require perfection — just passion, consistency, and love.
“It Wasn’t Just a Call to Join — It Was a Call to Lead”
The3BKids: Why did you choose The3BKids — what made you say “yes” to this movement?
Daddy Hill:
I said “yes” to The3BKids because I saw a reflection of everything I believe in — faith, Sankofa, and a commitment to uplifting our communities. When I first encountered the movement, I immediately knew this was where I belonged. It wasn’t just a call to join; it was a call to lead, to serve, and to build. I knew I had something to offer, and The3BKids gave me the platform and the support to do it.
“Deepening Roots, Expanding Reach”
The3BKids: As a leader, how do you plan to build on the foundation The3BKids has already laid?
Daddy Hill:
My goal is to continue expanding our reach while deepening our roots. As the Founder of the Valley Chapter and our Chapter President, I’ve witnessed the power of unity and intentional leadership. I want to ensure that every chapter is equipped to not only serve, but to grow leaders who embody our core values. Through mentorship, service initiatives, and strategic partnerships, I plan to help reinforce our structure so The3BKids can sustain long-term impact.
“The Future Is Youth-Led, Purpose-Filled, and Bold”
The3BKids: Where do you see The3BKids in 5 to 10 years — especially your own role in that future?
Daddy Hill:
In 5 to 10 years, I see The3BKids as a model for youth-led change — a certified program of bold leaders reshaping communities across the country. I envision mentorship programs, youth conferences, and chapters in schools and cities we haven’t reached yet. As for me, I plan to remain a servant leader, helping guide the next generation while continuing to grow as a man of purpose. My title may change, but my commitment never will.
Why His Story Matters
Daddy Hill’s journey is proof that leadership isn’t about being perfect — it’s about showing up with passion, building with intention, and serving with love. His legacy within The3BKids is still being written, and we’re proud to have him as part of the story.
