🛒 What you’ll need:

  • Leftover cupcakes (store-bought or homemade, any kind)

  • A bit of frosting (whatever's already on the cupcake or extra)

  • Chocolate chips or candy bars (for coating — optional)

  • Toothpicks, straws, or clean plastic spoons (for sticks)

  • Sprinkles, crushed cereal, or nothing at all (decoration optional)

👩‍🍳 How to do it:

  • Take the cupcakes and mash them
Peel off the wrappers. Throw the cake and frosting into a big bowl. Mash it all up with clean hands or a spoon until it’s a sticky dough.

  • Roll into balls
Scoop and roll into little balls (golf ball size or smaller). Kids can help with this part — messy = fun!

  • Stick it
Jam a straw, spoon, toothpick, or skewer into each ball.

  • (Optional) Quick coat
If you have chocolate chips or a candy bar, melt it in the microwave (30-second bursts, stir between). Dip or drizzle it over the balls.

  • Chill it (or don’t)
Put the cake pops in the fridge or freezer for 20–30 minutes to firm up. Or just eat them soft and gooey — they’ll still taste good!

💡 Kid-friendly Add-ons:

  • Sprinkles — shake 'em on while chocolate is wet

  • Crushed cereal — like Froot Loops or Cocoa Pebbles

  • Mini M&Ms — if you’re feeling fancy

🧃 Bonus Tip:

Serve with a juice box and call it a party. Kids won’t care how it looks — if it’s sweet, they’ll love it!
